This was taken at Leaning Tree in Gunbarrel, there was a plaque that said:
Opulent Owl

Steve Kestrel sulps in what he terms "metaphorical forms." Opulent Owl was inspired by the Great Horned Owl. This suspicious lady keeps a watchful eye about her as she spreads her feathery warmth. Soon, the overflowing abundance of her eggs will make her rich in owlet offspring. Opulent Owl was initially carved in stone and is part of hte permanent collection on the National Museum of Wildlife in Jackson, Wyoming.
