4am Hike
This is the sunrise as seen from half way up to the top of Horsetooth Mountain. Katherine and I woke up at 4am to do this hike so that we would both be tired enough to go to bed early for the first day of school tomorrow morning. Too bad my first class is at 3.
Sunrise Over Fort Collins

Long Exposure
It was hard for me to get a good photo of us up there, since all of the photos I took were long exposures, but I managed to get this good one of us.
Rising Sun
The sunrise was at 6:20 that morning. It was fairly chilly out even after the sun came out, but it felt nice for a chance to hike and be in cool weather.
Deer Hour
We saw a lot of deer. This is just the first one we found. We probably got within 20 feet of about half a dozen deer. It was pretty crazy how calm they were around us.
