Accident at College and Horsetooth

On my way home from work today, I had to drive past a car accident at the corner of Horsetooth and College Ave. Luckily, traffic wasn't horrible yet, so it wasn't a huge pain. As I drive past, I realized one of the cars involved was a Larimer County Sheriff's Police Car. Since the accident was a 5 minute walk from my apartment, I went home, got changed, ate a quick snack, and headed out the door with my camera.

Front End Collision

Bad Day for Someone

I was told by one of the sign twirlers that it was just a pretty common-looking accident (sorry, no car chase here!). He told me that the police car hit a red Subaru that slid into his corner (which he seems a little upset about). I don't really know much more than that. The red Subaru is behind the police car on the left side.

No bumber

Here is just one more photo of the police car. I didn't bother taking any pictures of the red Subaru, since the back bumper was just smashed in a little, and wasn't anything too interesting. I figured I would spend most of my time around taking pictures of the police car.
