Katherine and I decided to go take a walk around the Benson Sculpture Garden. The weather was nice and we wanted to get out of the house. The wind started picking up towards the end of the walk, but we were ready to get back in the car and get going. It wasn't until I started editing the photos that I decided to look up when we were there last. Turns out we were there almost exactly a year ago today, on February 4th, 2017.

Katherine and I took the day off work to go skiing in Breckenridge with Katherine's parents. It was a pretty warm day, although the wind was blowing quite a bit. The powder was pretty fresh from the previous 2 days that it was snowing which made for some excellent skiing.

We pass this old abandoned sugar factory every time we go to Home Depot, which is a lot. I've always wanted to take some photos of it, but the interesting face is not facing a good angle for any time of the day. I decided to go take some photos and see how they turn out. I'm not thrilled with the photos, but they are a good starting point for me to go back when the sunlight is a little more cooperative.
