CSU Duct Tape Competition 2012
Last year was the first year they did a Duct Tape competition. There were a lot of participants (~25), and I was lucky enough to get second place, with an awesome Cam the Ram. That was undoubtedly the coolest thing I think I've ever made (even over my prom tux). This year I wanted to one up myself. With motivation right on my wall, I decided to make a Duct Tape space shuttle -an idea from Katherine. I don't know if I think it's better than the ram I made last year, but it was pretty cool. I relied heavily on a lot of other materials to make the shape so perfect, which is why I wasn't that crazy about the final product. However, none the less, it was still an amazing piece of art that won me second prize.

5:30pm on Nov 7, Driving South on College near Drake intersection in the right-most lane (3 lanes on both sides), traffic in the 2 lanes to my left were stopped (because of the light), my lane was clear so I kept going. 2003 Mustang making a left-hand turn into the K-mart parking lot turned into me, thinking all lanes were stopped and he could pass through.

Poudre FLL Tournament
I got a little behind on photos because of school. I guess since I'm not a art major, I picked my priorities correctly. Last weekend, however, I took a day to volunteer like I have been for many years, at the FIRST Lego League event at Poudre High School. I competed here 10 years ago in the first event that got me down the engineering route.
This year, like last year, I was an event photographer. I ended up taking just under a thousand photos. Since it's Thanksgiving break, I finally had some time to do some editing
