Katherine and I went down to Longmont to go to the county fair, hoping to see some animals. There were no animals and it was kind of a waste of gas and time going all the way down there. On the way back, we stopped at the Benson Sculpture Garden in Loveland. To our surprise, it was massive! It was a nice walk through the park and we saw a lot of cool sculptures.

While on a business trip, I decided to visit a field of corn. Didn't sound all that cool, but it was kind of interesting.

Katherine and I went down to the CSU garden in front of the UCA building. Every year they have tons of flowers. It was a little hot, so we mainly stayed in the shade. But we still walked around the entire garden.

Katherine and I went to the Rocky Mountain Showdown again this year to watch the Rams take on the Buffs and support her brother in the marching band. Even though I'm not a student anymore, it was still a lot of fun to be there and see the ongoing rival. CSU ended up winning the game 31-17.

Katherine and I went to Crack Pots in Longmont today. It's a ceramic painting studio where you pick the ceramic you want to paint and after you paint it, they do the firing and you can pick it up. It was a lot of fun.
