Katherine and I went down to her parent's house for the fourth of July weekend. It was nice because the fourth fell on a Friday, so we got a 3 day weekend! Katherine and I bought some fireworks before going down there, and her parents also bought some fireworks too. It was good because Katherine and I bought a bunch of small ones, and her parents bought some bigger ones. Everything was legal to light, and there was no firework ban where we lit them.

I was sent to a conference at the Chicago Marriott O'Hare with a few coworkers for a 2-day seminar. It was a pretty good seminar and I have never been to Chicago before, so i decided to bring my camera and take some pictures. Unfortunately I only took it out once because I was pretty busy, but I'm still glad I could get a shot!
